An outfit inspired by the Dutch tulip festival

Last spring, we finally made it to Amsterdam for the tulip festival at Keukenhof Gardens. Since the bloom only lasts a few weeks each year, our timing felt like a stroke of luck. The fields didn’t just meet our expectations, they completely surpassed them. I’ve never seen such a breathtaking spectrum of pinks, purples, and reds in my life. The kids were captivated (always a win!), and I left feeling completely inspired!

During a recent spring cleaning session, I stumbled upon a roll of disposables from the trip. Between the nostalgic grain of the photos and my freshly painted pink nails that felt spring-y, I felt a sudden urge to channel that energy into my wardrobe. I’ve put together an outfit inspired by those Dutch tulips: vivid, delicate, and beautifully fleeting.
